Being a hiking and a wildlife guide implies having a solid personal background, a passion for nature, and a constant interest in improving my guiding skills and learning whatever it takes in order to be better at my job. Therefore, over the last few years, I have attended several courses relevant to attaining these goals. Some of the certifications along with other memberships are described here. - Membership: AEGM / AKTIBA - ECOAKTIBA - Certificate: UIMLA / SKGABC/ IGA/ Interpretive Eu/ Urdaibai Guide/ 90h WFA/ AST 2 - Insurance: Accidents and SR. Therefore, by working in and around nature, while relying on it as a source of income, I have developed a special awareness towards to it. Therefore, during all these ecotourism tours, Wilextours commits to them with responsible tourism and is enrolled with Lurgaia for CO2 compensation. Wilextours is a professional guide company registered in the Basque Country as a tourist guide while also working jointly with Viajesgarcia for the organisation of full package tours.
